Readymix Concrete Matching

Keep lab samples in step with the pour.

A connected curing system that follows the temperature profile of concrete on site, helping laboratory test samples reflect the curing conditions of the real pour.

The Need

Bring the pour's temperature profile into the lab.

Samples kept in a laboratory can experience different temperatures from concrete curing on site. Readymix Concrete Matching gives teams a way to follow the actual pour and use that temperature profile to control the sample curing environment.

The Approach

Measure, match, and make the comparison visible.

The system monitors the concrete temperature and controls the water bath used to cure the test samples. Concrete, water, and ambient readings appear together on a dashboard, making it easy to see how closely the temperatures follow one another.

Matakana Example

One view of the pour and the sample environment.

  • Concrete and sample water-bath temperatures plotted on the same timeline.
  • Ambient readings shown separately for context.
  • Stage status, matching settings, and heater demand in the operator view.
  • A recorded temperature comparison that teams can review alongside laboratory testing.

The Matakana image is an illustrative dashboard example showing the recorded temperature curves and a selected point in time.
